Our staff consists of filmmakers, photographers, and graphic designers who take on every project by combining their creativity and skills to customize and facilitate each individual project.

By combining versatility with our persistence to utilize the latest technology and up-to-date methods, GlassWorks MultiMedia is quickly jumping to the forefront of the industry. Our bilingual team allows us to cater to both English and Spanish speaking markets.

Our Team

Randy Valdes Creative Director A graduate from the Film Program at Full Sail Real World Education, Randy’s diverse list of credits include Director, Director of Photography and Editor for various films, documentaries, music videos, commercials and television programs with ESPN, CBS4, Magnolia Pictures, and many more. Elvis Suarez Photograhy Director After attending the Photography Program at Miami Dade College, Elvis teamed up with Randy. The addition of his photography expertise helped transform what was a small film and video production company into a MultiMedia firm. His work with GlassWorks has been published in magazines and won awards in various photography galleries including “Best in Show.” Jorge Castillo Multimedia Consultant Jorge’s Bachelor Degree in Mass Communication from Florida International Univesity and his years of experience as a freelance video professional in South Florida brought much needed knowledge to the table. Also founder of his own multimedia company, Exclusive Media Network, Jorge’s title should be GlassWorks MultiMedia’s right-hand man. Fernando Herrera Graphic Department Art Director After graduating with a Graphic Design degree from the University of Miami and acquiring years of experience both as a freelance designer and working in major South Florida television networks, Fernando joined GlassWorks and completed the all-in-one multimedia firm Randy and Elvis always intended to create. Since, he has founded his own design company, NFX Design Studio, and has been a key member in establising GlassWorks Multimedia’s reputation for clean, modern and sleek artwork.
